At International Jet every job task, every process we invent and implement, and every decision we make must ultimately be able to answer these “Gatekeeping Questions” in the affirmative: Is it safe, is it legal, and does it enhance the quality of experience for our customers, employees and vendors? If we can’t answer “yes” to these questions, the proposed solutions are not good enough, not acceptable; period.
Our exemplary safety record explains why we have achieved over four decades of operational excellence, and earned some of the most important safety registrations in the industry. It’s also why we’ve won many distinguished awards (below). But these registrations and awards, while very important to us, are just the beginning of an effective safety and quality program.
Excellence can be found all around us. We engage world-class professional and academic institutions and associations to become better, leaner, and safer. To this end, we glean external safety and quality intelligence from many diverse industries (Healthcare, Natural Resources, Manufacturing, Service, and Hospitality) to help us improve upon what we do.
We take a holistic approach to understanding of how to apply smart business intelligence in ways that are not reactionary or defensive, but proactive and positive. These are qualities that the greatest firms imbue. These are the guiding principles of the International Jet Aviation Safety and Quality Assurance programs. We model after the best, in order to be the best at what we do.
Our success is due in large part to having consistantly maintained a talented and reliable team. Recently, we won our fifth consecutive Diamond Award of Excellence.
Congratulations to Steve Woods (Lead Falcon Mechanic) for receiving the NBAA Maintenance Technician Safety Award. The National Business Aircraft Association recognized Steve Woods for:
